  • Pakrat
    • works well most of the time, but I've found that it can corrupt files in the PAK from time to time.
  • bspzip (included with Source SDK)
  • Custom shell scripts
  • cincinnati has historically used Map Analyst (MAN) because he found it the most comprehensive in its automated features. It seems that source engine update has broken it's ability to zip reliably, though.
